I have worked sporadically for the past 15 years specifically with acrylic paint on canvas and pastel/charcoal drawing. My inspiration has largly been derived by nature and skyscapes over the past years as a result of my extensive travel and I am now exploring watercolour as it is such a great medium whilst travelling.
I have been fortunate to attend both the Melbourne studio school and the New York Studio School to sharpen my skills and continue learning.
As a hobby artist, I have only begun to exhibit and sell my work in the past few years and have recently (the past 3 years) begun working on children's art in developing countries where I have painted murals to brighten the living space of preschool aged underprivileged children as part of voluntary work with Non for Profit Organisations. |
